How soon can you start my project?

It depends on the season—during our busiest times, we can be booked as far as six weeks out. Once we look at our schedule, we’ll be able to book you for the closest available date.

Do you charge for estimates or design work?

No, we offer free estimates and design services. Our knowledgeable sales team has a lot of experience helping people develop their design ideas.

Can you give me a breakdown of my project’s cost and timeline?

Certainly. We’ll go over the cost, give you an estimated timeline and let you know what to expect during the project.

Do you work in the rain?

It depends because certain phases of the job can’t be done in the rain. For example, the demolition and base preparation phases require dry conditions, as does the end of the job when we apply joint sand to the pavers. So, if the weather forecast calls for rain, we might have to delay the project until things clear up.

Does my project require permits?

Permits aren’t usually required for driveways and patios, but they are for large-scale retaining walls. We can pull permits for a fee, although you’re welcome to handle that yourself if you’d prefer.
