Video: Construction Project Communication

During the construction process, the communication with the client is very important. Communicating the plan to all parties involved is very important. Without clear communication, a lot of problems can occur. For example, the client, the architects, and the engineers all need to be on the same page. In most construction projects, there are many details. If communication breaks down, there could be problems. For example, if the client wants something done one way and the architect draws it out another way. I have to be in contact with them in between to make sure that everybody is on the same page and gets exactly what they want. So one of the important jobs of a contractor is to make sure that good communication is always a priority.
