Video: Signs of Compromised Ductwork

A couple of things to look for in duct work is that when you have registers in the ceiling or in the floor, if you see insulation coming out the top of your registers, it probably means rodents have got into it and it's probably time to get checked. Same thing with underneath. If there's insulation, you pull the grill up, you see dirt, acorns, spiderwebs, it's most likely your rodents, rodents have been in it. It's been compromised and it's probably time to call a professional to have an inspection done.
