if you're considering doing a foundation repair why would you use a helical pier and what what is a helical Pier basically it's a giant screw and it's it's really as simple as that you're not removing soil out of the ground it drills in and it supports your house and that's this that's this that's the very simplest way of stating it it's a steel pile that is drilled in we use a torque monitor which tells us how much force it takes to cut through the soil I.E how strong is the soil we know at what depth uh we need to to drive that that helical that it's in Strong Enough soil that it'll hold the weight of your house so very simply put helal piers are big giant screws we put in around your foundation that can either just stabilize your house or we can put a brackets on there and we can lift and level up your house and your entire Foundation all in one go
