when working on the exterior of your house it's always best to try to do that in the summertime which will save you money because the contractor doesn't need to put anything in the budget for protection sometimes you're unable to do uh your exterior work in the spring and the summer if you're doing uh Roofing work or wanting a skylight installed um you know the contractor is going to have to look at the weather and make sure there's a window opening if there if it's during you know the month of November December or any rainy time unless you're in a situation where this you know the siding or the windows are leaking and this needs to happen then you got to understand that there's probably going to be a higher cost with that but if if you are able to push it till spring summer you're going to save money
