SAN JOSE — Joel Gruber: One of the most important parts of starting your paint job is getting the right colors, and while everybody wants to go straight to their wall colors and accent colors, we like to remind people that it’s always best to make sure you have the right trim color, which is generally white, both on inside and out. It’s good to get the right white color because from cooler whites to warmer whites, off-white to more of a pure white, there’s so many variations there, and by getting that white color to accent all of your other main body colors, it really helps to tie the whole project together and get the feel you want for your space.
