GALT — Michael Davis: Our recommendation to all homeowners out there would be to maintenance your roof. It is a lot easier and cheaper to maintenance your roof than it is to replace the roof. Typical things that you’ll look for in roof maintenance is if you have a lot of valley build-up debris, where the two sides of a roof meet, valleys are vulnerable spots. Roof jacks are horrible spots. Once again, it’s a lot cheaper to maintenance a roof than it is to replace a roof, so we always recommend that you have your roof looked at every two to three years for roof maintenance. It is a lot less money to maintenance a roof than it is to replace a roof or do to extensive roof repairs.
