We do get phone calls from time to time in the winter, especially where homeowners that had windows recently installed or noticing exterior condensation on their glass, not realizing that what that means is, is the windows are actually doing their job. The outside pane of glass now is colder than it used to be because the inside pane of glass is reflecting the heat back into the home. That is not a window failure. It's actually something that is normal and there's no need to worry about the windows failing.
