When it comes to cleaning carpets, what our team will generally do is we'll go in and assess the carpet. Once we assess it, then we can decide if we need to do a spot cleaning, which we'll generally do within one to two days of the spot appearing on the carpet. Most of the time it's like coffee stains, especially in an office space. And generally that can be removed with a spot clean. If we're doing a full carpet cleaning, what we'll do is we'll send a team in, We'll do a thorough vacuum of all of the carpet. And then once that's done, we'll wash the carpet. Then we'll apply a shampoo after the shampoo, we'll wash it one more time. And then we'll do a drying process, which generally takes 24 to 48 hours. Most of the carpet cleans that we do do occur over a weekend because of that factor. And in some instances, if there's not enough ventilation in the building, we will bring in fans to help the carpets dry faster. One thing to consider is that all carpets and office spaces, commercial spaces are different. So a thorough assessment or inspection is a very important factor in this process.
