Hello, I'm Josh alre. I'm an estimator and salesman for Winter Roofing. We are a roofing and exterior construction business specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial roofing systems of all types. In Spring of 2016, we are also adding solar panels to our provided services. We install all types of roofing systems, also carpentry, metal work, and gutters as well. We are a smaller family-owned and operated business with the ability to do any size project with attention to detail and customer satisfaction. We also have all of our own employees, so you always deal with us on any project. Winter Roofing has been a roofing contractor in the Bay Area since 1990. We are also a master elite contractor through GAF Materials Corporation. Our crews receive continuing training from our manufacturers to stay up to date on all the materials and their installation techniques. With all of my estimates, I like to do a site evaluation, which includes an inspection of the roof. I like to get up there, see if there are any special circumstances. I like to note things for the homeowner that they should be aware of. I also like to give them a little education on what's existing, what our process of the roofing is, and any other circumstances that we can find. At Winter Roofing, all of our employees are our own. We also have all of our own equipment to do any project, from large to small, safely with attention to detail and customer satisfaction. We are excited to announce that in Spring of 2016, we are adding solar panels installations to our services.
