Uh, my name is Paul Fer. I'm the owner and founder of West Shore Roofing. Some of the things we offer, for example, are roof repairs, roof replacement. We have attic installation, skylight installation, and of course, gutter installation. Um, as well, we have been recently named as one of the top 100 roofing contractors in the US by the Roofing Contractors Magazine. So, we're very proud of that. We offer all different types of Roof Systems from asphalt composition shingles, Cedar Wood shake, and clay and concrete tile. But one of the products that we install a lot of is metal roofing. For today, the metal roofing is composed of a 26 galom steel, which prevents corrosion to the metal itself. It has an acrylic binder resin applied to both sides of the panel itself. And into the resin is embedded a stone, natural granules. Uh, you can buy the look of natural seedar wood shake. The product can look like a Tuscany Tile or a Mediterranean tile. They have great warranties, a lifetime manufacturer's warranty. They're very lightweight. They only weigh 1 and A2B per square foot compared to clay or concrete tile, which can weigh as much as 9 to 12 lb per square foot.
