My name is Brian Simning, owner of Valley Comfort Heating. In Valley Comfort Heating Air, we do anything from the small stuff - replacing duct work, to cleaning all the duct work, installing new furnaces, servicing air conditioning units, heating units of all types of brands. Anything that is needed on the HVAC side, we do. We do service all types of brands out there, but we are a factory authorized brand dealer, so that is our main preference brand to maintain. Some issues that customers might run into that they would have to call us would be anything from error flow or lack thereof in certain rooms. We could balance out rooms to where every room is within one degree of each other, with the exception of a two-story house. Obviously, upstairs is going to be hotter than downstairs, but we can make every room the same comfort throughout so you don't have hot and cold pockets in the house. We received a Brian Award for being a factory authorized Brian dealer, maintaining their criteria in ongoing education. In order to maintain that factory authorized status, we have to stay up and up to date with all the new technology in our industry. Everything's changing each year; they're upgrading, improving the product. If you have a company that has to stay with the changing of the times, that is going to benefit you in the long run. If you're not happy with anything that we do from start to finish on the installs, and I don't make you happy, we will give you a check back in hand and take our equipment right back out. So it's a test drive for a year, you have full safety net. If anything goes wrong and you're unhappy, you get your money back.
