. . I'm David. I'm the owner of Top Tier Roofing. I've been in the roofing industry for almost two decades. My company is based in Morgan Hill. Primarily, we've got an office in San Jose as well. We do all residential roof replacements, and we specialize in asphalt shingles, which is like this roof here. Composition is another name for it. Clay tile, concrete tile, slate Da Vinci, wood shake, wood shingles. Really, anything that you'd put on a residential house, we specialize in. There are in doing any roof, there are a couple key components that a lot of roofing companies don't do. One is an extra underlayment on a portion of the roof. That's extremely important. That's a new code requirement. That pretty much maybe one or two other roofers know about or let alone install. And then another key factor is the fasteners that we use are that's an important piece of the puzzle. We end up using what's called a true hot-dipped galvanized nails. So, I've been in the roofing industry for almost two decades. I worked at a large residential roofing company for about 10 years, and then I started my own company. We incorporated May of 2020. So, right in the middle of Co, and it was somewhat good timing because people were ready to look at their home improvement projects while they're at home. So, it kind of took off from there. It went from me and a couple of guys running everything to we have 15 employees now. We have a full office and Warehouse in Morgan Hill. And I've got, you know, six or seven trucks plus we're doing about four to six jobs a week. And usually somewhere to 5 to 10 repairs every single week as well. So, we do roofs in Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, and Santa Cruz County. And I am involved in every single roof replacement as the owner of the company.
