I'm Thomas da. I'm the owner of Thomas da construction. We do decks, patios, parking decks, carports, garage, and all kinds of remodeling from interior to exterior. If the house is close to the ground, obviously you don't need a deck. You can go with the patio instead, concrete or flagstone. It might be a better option when the height is an issue. It's only when height, you know, when it gets a little bit higher that it's easier to go with decks and less expensive for the homeowner. So, that's, um, it's a judgment call when I look at the project to see what will work best, and that's what I suggest. I try and give the customer the best advice and the most economical way of doing it. I'm on the job all the time myself, and I, I, I'm working there all the time from start to finish, and, um, I work with my, um, carpenters and, uh, laborers, and, uh, we work as a team. So, it's, uh, as I said, it depends on how many on the size of the project, how many I need at any particular time. So, I'm on the job all the time. People are still calling me that I've done work for 20 years ago, and I'm actually doing a job right now for someone that I worked for about, about pretty close to 20 years ago in M Valley. So, when I have a project, when I have the job, I, I, u, I give it my, I give it 100%, and, uh, stay there until it's finished. 7 days a week, if it has to be depending on how Rush the customer is. So, if you're thinking about doing a deck or any kind of remodeling, just give us a call, and we'll be glad to come out and, uh, look at your project and give you the best advice that we have.
