. My name is Gary Heath, and I'm the owner of the Pool Doctor. We are a full-service pool and spa repair and maintenance company. We can do anything around a swimming pool or a spa as far as repair or maintenance. The only thing we don't do is build new swimming pools. We pull water samples from every single pool that we have on service. We bring them into the shop, we analyze them, we rebalance the water to the correct balance for the summer season. To account for all the rain we've had, we will tear every single filter down, clean it, inspect it, reassemble it, and get it ready for the season. We also do that with a lot of heaters. We'll tear heaters down completely, clean them, put them back together, test them, make sure they're ready to go for the season. So that when the customer does want to use their pool, everything's ready to go. We go do anything that we can to help our clients enjoy the backyard experience. We want the pools to be used. We treat every pool as if it was our own pool in our yard. All of our guys treat the pools as if they were their own pools. It's very valuable. Swimming is a great way to exercise. It provides a lot of enjoyment, and we want the pools on our service to be used. That's when they're the best. One story that stands out: We had a lady that was on service call a few years ago. She didn't turn the pool heater on for her child's birthday until 2 days before the birthday. The heater didn't work, the heater needed to be replaced, and so it was the day before a 3-day weekend, and she wanted to know what we could do. We said, look, if you tell us right now, now this instant, that you want a new heater, we'll go get it, and we'll be at your house at 6:00 tomorrow morning. We'll install that heater and have it ready to go for your kid's birthday. She agreed, and we did. She's been on service for 5 years since then, and everything's great.
