Hi, my name is Terry Pal. I'm the owner of Terry's Tree Service. We're a full tree company. We do anything from your fine pruning to tree removal, crane removals, and we're certified Arbor. We've gone to the proper schooling to learn about the tree, the health, and the care of trees, and we just love what we do at Terry's Tree Service. You are guaranteed that you're hiring experienced climbers, grounds people, and qualified people to perform your work. We're willing to go to any lengths to make the customer 100% happy. We have worked on every kind of tree throughout the valley and in the general area. We do know our trees both inside out, not only above ground but below ground. Most of our customers have had bad experiences with other companies where they've come in and pruned completely the wrong way, and a lot of times have destroyed the tree. In most cases, we can come back in and do the proper clean out and thinning, selective tipping to promote growth and help those trees out. We don't cut corners. We strictly stick with our Arbor standards. We do focus on our fine-tune cleanup. We always leave the property as clean if not cleaner than when we arrive, and the customers really do appreciate that. One time, we were on a big emergency call where a redwood tree fell through a house. Our response time was approximately 20 minutes, and within about 2 and 1/2 to 3 hours, the whole tree was completely gone. The crews were coming in to start rebuilding the house and basically, they couldn't do anything without having the tree gone first. So, the people were very, very happy with the end result.
