My name is Mel Springs, and I'm the president of Walterham Springs Construction Company. Our company specializes in remodeling, additions, and new homes. We have design services in-house, and we also can do design build in-house to ensure quality control. All of our project managers and our designers inspect the job on a regular basis to make sure that the work is of the highest standard. Our designers are certified kitchen and bath designers. They're excellent with selections of materials. Other project managers are contractors that have been in their own business, and they bring their expertise and experience into project management for Springs Construction. I think the biggest differentiator for us and a typical construction company is the in-house design services. One of the designers is with you throughout your project, making sure all your decisions and selections are made. So that simplifies the process and makes sure that it ends on budget and on time. Part of what we do or part of our culture here is that we all love what we do. This is a lot of fun. I mean, the construction to build something to have customers that have saved their money or have put money aside budgeted a project and then to complete that project and see how happy they are, how much better it makes their lives because and like I said just the love of building. We like to build things, and that's why we continue to do what we do and that's why we do it so well. Our company philosophy is on budget, on time, no excuses. We're not going to give you an excuse. We're not going to lie to you. We're going to get in, we're going to do your job. It's going to be the way to your taste, the way you like it, and it's going to be completed on time and on budget.
