Hi, my name is Daryl Simon, owner and operator of Simon Says Roofing. Simon Says Roofing is a full-service Roofing provider. We do Residential and Commercial Roofing. We do gutters and repair work as well, and we work with all types of roofing. We're a family-owned business, and I pretty much have my hands in all the operations of the business. So if you have a question, you can come directly to me from sales all the way to the completion of your roof. I'm pretty much Hands-On with the whole process. We feel so strongly about the work that we do here at Simon Says Roofing that we offer strong warranties. So on a new roof, we will give a 15 or 20-year workmanship warranty that's usually backed by a 40 or 50-year manufacturer's warranty. And on repairs, we like to give a two or three-year warranty. A lot of companies only give like one year. Um, we feel so strongly about our work that we offer the two or three years so you have plenty of time to make sure we took care of the problem, and you can go through several rainy seasons to assure that we have taken care of the problem.
