I'm Joel Souza with Segura Pro Painting. Segura Construction, in conjunction with Segura Painting, has been in business for 16 years. Painting, it's really the before and after. It's also kind of protecting your asset. There's lots of aspects, but I really like the transformation and being able to protect your asset and make it last a little bit longer. And make sure that we're protected from wear, tear, and the elements. Segura Pro Painting, we're a full-service painting company. You name it, we've done it. But we do residential, we do commercial, interior, exterior. When we say no job is too big or too small, that's the truth. We've done it all. We have strengths in all areas, but we seem to do really well in high-end residential. Anything that really needs quality attention to detail. We definitely have eyes and people ready to execute. Segura Pro Painting, we put a lot of time into making sure our processes are top-notch. Our materials, we do not take any shortcuts on materials. They're designed to do a job, and we're always doing research on finding, okay, what's the best material, what's the best process. And that's just one part. The main part is finding the right people and working with the right people, and attracting the best talent and really retaining the best talent. When we find painters and workers that are passionate about what they do, that's when the customer benefits and the company as well. We make good friends, good relationships, and once you paint someone's house, they typically don't forget you. And then they refer further, they're friends and family. So, relationship building is really fun. And paint, because you, at the end, you really do have a happy corner. Just know that we have a very high standard, and we do not want to leave the job unless you're completely satisfied. But having the client super happy with the results, that's the best feeling about paint.
