Hi, I'm Pete Scutter. I'm President of Scudder Roofing Company. Well, the type of work we perform is, we do a lot of custom re-roofing especially. About 60 percent of our roofs are re-roofs, and about 40 is commercial and commercial in a new construction. But our primary focus is residential customer base. And how that we've been doing that 28 years now. And our focus is the minute they call us, the team's focus on that customer satisfaction is 100. Kind of customer satisfaction is our objective and our goal, and it's from every level of the company. One of our biggest prizes is Diamond Certification. We're really proud of that, of that reference vehicle. And, as a certification goes, our references, we've done over 15,000 roofs on the Monterey Peninsula. And, be able to say we have a reference base of this many people who refer us again. And 89% of our work is referral-based, word of mouth, and referral. We track all that, so it's really important to us to make sure we keep that. We keep that in those high numbers.
