Hi, my name is Tom Cortes. My wife and I are the owners of Savior Plumbing in Pleasanton, California. Savior Plumbing is a full-service plumbing contractor. We do service and repair, roto-rooter of drain lines, installation of faucets, water heaters, water softeners, and we also do commercial work. From our customers' view, we found they choose us because of our honesty and our knowledge of the trade. Our team at Savior Plumbing begins with the office. Now, their caring and reassuring nature will get you scheduled. Our plumbers, they're all expected to have formal training, and we put them through programs so they bring that to you with knowledge and expertise. But first and foremost, I look for them to be kind and caring to hear what your needs are and then go from there. I'm very proud of our diamond certification for over six years now. We have received generous reviews from our customers on Angie's List, Yelp, and Nextdoor. Just recently, we helped a customer save lots of money by getting her sewer line video taped and surveyed and jetted out to where it was perfectly clean and perfectly manageable and maintenance to where she didn't need a replacement of her sewer. I make sure that my guys communicate well to the customers and not just go about their business without them knowing exactly what they're getting. Is our motto here is to always do the right thing.
