Hi, I'm Bill Hen, owner of Rock Ridge builders. Rock Ridge builders does primarily remodeling and renovation work for both residential and commercial clients throughout the Bay Area. We've done over 1,000 projects in our history, and they vary from small bathroom remodeling projects to new homes. We're well-versed and not afraid to take on anything. My personal background as the owner is architectural. Graduated with a degree in architecture from UC Berkeley and worked for several architects and decided to put my own company focusing on the design-build aspects of the business in 1981. What we really want you to have as a customer is to make the journey as enjoyable as a destination. Make it something that you can participate in, really see as a product, and it can be a really fun experience for everybody. Our goal is to make it that for you. Constant dialogue is really important for a successful project, and we really make ourselves available for that from day one all through the process. We think it's very important, strive and encourage our customers to have, you know, weekly meetings on-site so we can go over the fine points of the project, of what any pitfalls are important to them, keep the project on budget in that time, and address the concerns that are unique to all of our customers. So when you're thinking about your remodeling project, I'd like to recall the recent customer of ours who asked me after we inside the contractor we got to know one another a little bit why is it again that we should be working with you, Bill. And I said well because we're the best so please could call us. We'd like to have that same kind of relationship with you.
