I'm Dan Pitcock. I'm the owner and president of Roberts Electric. We're a full-service contractor. On the residential side, we do remodels, additions, service upgrades. If you have a new hot tub or a new dryer, if you're expanding your home, we can do just an extra plug. If you've got a new appliance or TV, power happens to go out in the middle of the night or on the weekend, and we have people who are available for that as well. Lighting, we have a very strong ability to program and design lighting. We're familiar with all the products; that's one of my strengths. On the commercial side, tenant improvements, if you're changing your business processes, need machinery moved. We work at a steel plant, that's another family-owned business that we've been working at for 30 years, and they're always getting a new welder or something. We hook that up, and we also do work in schools, churches, new classrooms. So, the challenge for us that we really embrace is being able to move from one field to another with skill and efficiency. Customer satisfaction and confidence in Roberts Electric is very important. From the time you call to when we finish the job, we're going to give you the best overall experience that we can. And I think we're unique in that we have people in our staff who have been in the trades for over 40 years. I became a certified Green Building professional through Build It Green, and as that, we're looking into electrical processes and construction, which can lead to better indoor air quality, environmental quality. One of the things I always say is that Roberts Electric is here to improve the quality of people's lives. And we do that by how we operate our business and by trying to give people the most up-to-date technologies and systems that meet their budget and needs. We're here every day so that when somebody calls, they can be confident that they're going to get the best electrical installation and giving people the best value with the best expertise in the electrical industry that we can provide.
