Hello, my name is Kyle Messer, owner of Rob and Messer Moving and Storage. Rob and Messer Moving and Storage is a San Francisco Bay Area, locally owned, and operated business. We specialize in local and long-distance domestic and office relocation. We start with an in-home walkthrough to be really accurate with the job materials, pricing, truck size, crew size that we're going to need for your move. We prepare the home with our floor protection. We start with pad wrapping all of the furniture, carefully label each box that we pack, load the truck very carefully in an organized manner. Not too long ago, my partner Dave met this great family. They had him come in to do an estimate, and there was a little issue regarding an extra-large armoire cabinet thing that was craned in when they remodeled the bathroom. There was no way to crane it out of that bathroom or out of anywhere because of the wall they built. In doing so, Dave and I came up with a plan and a rigging system to hoist the cabinet over the balcony, through the window, and hoisted it down four flights or four stories in San Francisco on a very steep hill. So, it's definitely saved the day there. They were very happy with what we did. My partner Kyle and I really have a dream that every move would fulfill the level of quality that this industry should have. We really pride ourselves in having a very good customer-to-company relationship and want to carry that throughout the course of the move.
