My name is Randy Quill, owner of Falacci Gardening and Landscaping. We're full-service landscape construction and maintenance company. We provide a full landscape installation service. Same thing from sod lawns to all can plantings, water features, retaining walls, artscape concrete, and stone natural stone. We also provide a complete landscape maintenance service. Quality Garden is a family-owned business. My son Paul and I oversee all the work, and we take a lot of pride in what we do. We are fully insured, and we are a licensed contractor. We have great crews and very low turnover. In regards to scheduling, if we get you on a set day during the week, you can expect my crew there that same day every week, and the same crew. We entered the 2009 San Francisco Flower and Garden Show, which is a pretty prestigious show, and we ended up with the silver medal award at that show. So, we're pretty proud of that. Well, I think one of the concerns that I hear mostly from customers is that we'll start a job and then break off and get to another job and then kind of Peaceville it. That's not the case with us. Once we get on to a project, we stay on from start to finish. Our new employees go through a two-week training period where they're set with one of my crew chiefs, one of our foremen, and they are instructed in all the trimming and pruning and fertilization techniques that we provide.
