Hello, my name is Eric Warm with Quality Windows and Doors in Pleasanton, California. We are a company here in Pleasanton for the window and door replacement market, which means we actually sell windows and doors to homeowners. They have existing windows and doors that they removed from the home, and we put brand new windows and doors in. The reason you would be buying from our company is that we've been here since 1989. We're very professional in how we adapt to that, and we will get you into just the general basics of the typical process of replacing windows or doors.
