Hi, my name is Jim Rossi, owner of Presto Pest Control. So, we cover multiple counties. We cover Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, and Santa Cruz County, as well as a little small part of Alameda, which is the Fremont area. We cover general pest control, everything ranging from bed bugs to termites, all the way to cockroaches, to live animal trapping as well. We do both commercial and residential services. We also offer an emergency service plan to treat for restaurants that may be shut down by the health department. I started the pest control industry in 2016. I started Presto Pest Control in 2019. We applied and received our diamond certification thereafter, and the feedback that was independently rated was 100 from our customers. Well, the great thing about Presto is we're very technology-driven. So, we have all the way from thermal printers in our vehicles to service portal for customers. They can log in, and they can access all our information from insurance to licensing, to even scheduling the next appointment. So, everything is available online, which most companies aren't that advanced. We also offer great communication. So, we make sure that whenever we discuss a treatment plan for a particular scenario, whether it be commercial or residential, that we deliver and follow through on that. Typical cases we have to trap or remove an animal that may be feral, unwanted in the backyard or living underneath the house or something to that effect. We remove the animal, we treat the yard for fleas, and then we follow up with the customer to make sure that their problem's been resolved. Otherwise, we'll make sure we'll take care of the problem for them. We want to make sure that every customer that uses Presto has a pest-free environment after they use our service. We get a lot of calls from customers asking about the use of pesticides in their home if they have children or pets. And what I reassure them is that I use the same chemicals at their house they use at my house. I've got two young boys, a dog, and a cat. Most of the chemicals we use are category three, which are the least toxic available on the market. California has very strict pesticide usage laws. We all, all pest control companies have the use of the same pesticides made available. What separates us from the rest of the folks is that we use very expensive chemicals, the best in class. We want to make sure we solve your problem right from the very beginning and that you're happy and have a pest-free environment. No pest problems too big, no job is too small, Presto resolves them all.
