How long will it take to complete my job?

Small projects average one to 10 days from start to finish. Large projects depend on the scope of the work.

Do you handle drainage issues?

Yes, we can take care of surface and underground drainage problems, including waterproofing outside foundations.

Will my concrete crack?

Unfortunately, all concrete will crack due to its composition, which causes it to shrink as it dries. You can slow the process by watering it as it cures—five to six times a day for at least 28 days, depending on the weather. The hotter it is, the more water you need. That being said, we always use steel to strengthen our concrete and minimize shifting.

How thick will my concrete be?

For sidewalks, patios and walkways, the average thickness is four inches. Driveways average four to six inches.

Can I stay in my house while the foundation is being replaced?

It’s safe to stay at home during the project, but you should be aware that it will be noisy.
