. Hi, my name is Russell Calhoun. I'm with Paradigm Concrete and Construction. I'm a project supervisor, SL estimator for Paradigm. Paradigm Concrete and Construction primarily works with light commercial and residential. We do foundations and also architectural concrete work. We do waterproofing, drainage, some excavation, demo, and opul. We ensure quality because the owner, Jose Salazar, has been in the business for over 35 years, and he also goes to the trade shows and learns the latest products. Primarily, he makes sure that he has his hand in every job. Our crews vary between, you know, as many as two or three crews to five crews. On some bigger projects, we may bring in, you know, as many as um 30 guys to come in and do a big project. What Paradigm does is we go there and we stay there until we're done. We don't work, you know, nights and weekends obviously, but we stay there until the job is complete. We do it on a timely schedule. We show up when we're going to show up. We're very clean. We don't leave dumpsters around on the job. We have trucks, so when we put all the debris in our trucks, we drive away with them. My background is in general construction.
