. Hi, my name is Dave Stanis. I am the owner and contractor for NorCal maintenance. NorCal maintenance is a licensed Sheet Metal Company. We service all aspects of rain gutters, commercial, and residential. We do rain gutter installation, rain gutter covers, rain gutter Maintenance, Cleaning, and flushing of systems, seam repair, leveling, etc. We also clean glass, commercial, and residential. And we pressure wash everything, commercial and residential, houses, buildings, and hardscapes. NorCal maintenance, uh, we've been around for 40 years. We started in Hillsburg and in a commercial format washing glass. Um, we sold that company in 1986, and then we started another company called executive Home Improvement. We ran that for a few years doing the same work, cleaning rain gutters, and washing Windows. As Time moved forward, we started a company called NorCal maintenance, and that company was started in 1986. We've worked hard to bring on employees with experience that have the knowledge of doing work properly. What sets us apart from our competitors is our commitment to Excellence to the customer, our commitment to providing quality services from beginning to end. We take before pictures, after pictures to ensure that each project is completed properly. All lead men on all teams have to take Pro pictures of the projects, and they are sent to me for verification. Every single job, if there's any issues, we go back and we repair it at no cost to the customer. The customer satisfaction is the most important thing to us. We serve all of Sonoma County, all of Marin County, and all of Napa County. One of the things I feel that customers are concerned with is getting quality work for a quality price, and one of the things that we try to share with customers is that all rain gutter companies are not the same.
