My name is Paul Sang. I'm the owner of Natural Landscaping Contractors, and I'm a licensed contractor. Our installation team typically consists of fairly small teams, two to three people, and we do a lot of the work with machines. We try to do efficiently, we try not to do everything manually, and we try to rent whatever equipment we need that's appropriate for the job. The guys that run the machines that do the installations are highly skilled craftsmanship people. I don't bring anyone that's not familiar with the work. We do a little bit of in-house training. A lot of the guys they come in, they have a lot of the skill set already. I take great pride in my work. I can't imagine doing anything else, I love doing this work, but with a very humble attitude. We're in the process to be certified by ICP. That's the Institute's that is related to paper installations. I've gone through the class, took the tests, but we just need a few projects for experience wise, and we're hoping we'll have this certification done by the end of 2016 or maybe early of 2017. The real reward that I look for is happy customers at the end of the job. I want to make sure that our clients are happy, they have gotten what they had expected.
