Hi, my name is Dan Fordall. I'm the regional manager for More Mechanical. We provide whole home Mechanical Services to include electrical, HVAC, water heating. While Steve Moore founded this company almost 38 years ago, our job now is to instill the same service with our technical expertise and our attention to detail with our customers. The two main brands that we normally service and install are carrier HVAC and Mitsubishi HVAC. In both these areas, we're experts. We've received the presidential award from carrier and Mitsubishi for the last 16 years and running. When they sent someone out to explore what our options were, we spent an hour just walking around the house exploring what was already here, what would be possible, and went through different options. Our installers were incredible. As they were installing the system, they told us it would take three days end to end. It took three days exactly. They did the install, they kept everything clean, but more than that, they took care of all of the complexity that I wouldn't have known how to do.
