We do service and repair. We also do, uh, commercial work and residential work, both on the new construction side and on the remodel side. We have a backflow testing device. We test backflows. Sewer and drain cleaning. A lot of our customers are repeat customers. We're Diamond certified. We were Pacific Suns plumber one year. We are certified in tankless water heaters, track pipe, Fusion pipe, warlex pipe, aquapex pipe. When supply houses and manufacturers offer seminars for training on their new products, we, um, attend those and get the literature. We had a lady who called up in a panic in the afternoon. Peach need had shut her gas off because she had a gas leak. She was 7 months pregnant and also had a little toddler. She was panicking and frantic that she wasn't going to have hot water or any kind of heat in the house because it was a cold afternoon. So we went to her house that evening, and by Saturday morning, we fixed a problem. She had heat, she had hot water, and everything was fine. And made her very happy. My grandfather was a plumber, and my father, he was in business here for 30 years. The good 70 years our family has been in this County doing PL. We're fair, we're honest. We back up our work. We do what we say we're going to do. We also do not sell on commission or anything like that. So we're not out there to make a quick sale. We sell things to people what they need and explain to them the reason why they may need what they need, instead of just trying to sell something to make a quick bu.
