My name is Maria Talakona, and I'm one of the owners at Mighty Men Services and Pest Control. Our company provides rodent services primarily, general pest control, with the emphasis on rodents, and sanitation, and sealing your home or business. Our history is very exciting. We started in 2018 doing just a few services and have grown into a full-service business for homeowners and businesses alike. The biggest reason homeowners choose us is because we do more work in sealing their home to prevent other problems than any other company that we usually compete with. We find that customers are more afraid of being judged because they have a bad routing problem, and we're able to just come in and reassure them that it's not your fault. This isn't based on being dirty. Rodents' problems start outside. We explain to them the five phases of rodents and how this has happened to them and how we're going to fix it, and we're able to do that very quickly for them. My name is Bianca Clark, and I am the owner of Mighty Men Pest Control. We have an amazing staff with many, many years of experience in the industry. They have a very, very high standard in sanitation, which I think makes us stand out compared to other companies. We have licenses through the Structural Pest Control Board. We have our Branch 2 license. We have our Wildlife Trapping license also. We're certified in birds and bats and reptiles and the humane removal of them. With the knowledge that they have, they're really compassionate towards our customers and allowing them to understand the process on what it's going to take to have them become rodent-free. We had a lady that called us. She had had her business for 56 years and was ready to lose it due to rodent activity, and it was a commercial restaurant, so not a good situation. We were able to come in and resolve that problem for her, and her business is thriving today. I monitor, as well as Bianca, every single job, so you're going to be working with us and our technicians that start and do the inspections actually do the work and are monitoring your job completely.
