My name is Mike Kenny. I am the broker owner of Gordon Kenny Realty in South San Francisco. So, my company, not only does real estate sales, but we do Property Management as well. So, we can not only sell the house to our clients, but then turn around and manage it for them if it's an investment. So, Kenny Realty has been in this location since 1967. I'm second generation, and we offer a knowledge of the local market that you don't get from most Realtors. A lot of my competitors come from larger companies further down the peninsula, and like I said before, we've been here since '67, and we know these neighborhoods. I've sold so I am second generation realtor in this location. My father started the company, and now I have a new son-in-law as of this year, and he's been in the business for a couple years working for the company as well. Kenny Realty was formed by my father in 1967. So, pretty much my whole life, I think when my dad started the company let's say I was 6 years old. So, I've been hanging out at the office and whatnot, and I really didn't realize I wanted to be in real estate until after I got out of college. I decided to give the family business a try and I've just love real estate my whole life. There is a little difference between broker and regular agent. It boils down to somebody you're comfortable with and hopefully being Diamond certified and reading my reviews, you'll see the history that I have. I have a large group of clients that I've dealt with that have been very happy with my service, and hopefully, I can give that service to you.
