My name is Shannon. I'm the office manager with Master of such upholstery. Here at Masters touch, we recover for the most part. Furniture, we reupholster furniture including sofas and chairs, dining room seats. We do headboards. We do everything from restaurants, commercial casinos, and so forth to small personal items, antiques, family heirlooms, and everything in between. We have many designer brands of fabric. We have Pindler and Marcus William. We have lots of a huge selection here of fabrics. We also have a fiber protectant that helps protect the fabric. It can be sprayed on anything. We started Masters touch in 1985. I had been doing upholstery since 1972, so it had been 50 years that I've been in the industry but we did start in '85 and we serve the North Bay for the most part from San Francisco to Mendocino, Napa County, and of course Sonoma County. Reasons to choose Masters Touch Upholstery because we've been around for over 50 years. Dan's been doing this since 1985. We've been in this building for over 30 years. We back up what we do. We strive for excellent customer service and excellent work, and we're actually known for it and we are actually one of, I believe the only upholstery shop in the North Bay that's Diamond certified. We're a family-owned company, so he's my brother-in-law. He's now training my son to be an upholsterer. Our seamstress is the best you can get. She is literally designer quality. And then just the fact that Dan doesn't let anything leave here unless it's by his standards. Recently, we did a bar in downtown Santa Rosa. We redid their banquets, and it was absolutely beautiful. The owners loved it, and customers have been raving about it. The designer that was involved, she was very thrilled. So we love making people happy as far as customer satisfaction. Recently, I've noticed that we will do a project for someone and they'll bring it home. And then they'll end up bringing something back. So we're getting a lot of repeat business. We want you to be thrilled, and if you're not, we'll fix it. We put as much effort into a smaller job as a bigger one. And actually, sometimes there's a lot of unique cases. In all the years that Dan's been doing this, he still sees new projects. So we pride ourselves on the social media reviews that we get. We often people go out of their way to do a review because it's just like myself. I don't buy anything without researching it. Is everybody else is the same way.
