Hi, my name is Sha Maloney with Maloney construction, and I am the President and owner of the company. At Maloney construction, we are a foundation repair company. We do a lot of helical piers and underpinning, and we do retaining wall work, both repair and new construction. We do both commercial construction and residential construction, as well as public works. So, why would a customer choose Maloney construction? Um, I think a lot of it has to do with experience in the field that you're working in. I am an owner-operator. I've been out there showing my guys how to do the work for a very long time. It's important to me that we're doing the right thing for the customers, so being able to provide a service that is helpful and takes care of whatever issue the owner has, that's really important to us, and that's the only reason we're here. With the type of work we do, it's very important to have experienced people. The crew that we have has been with us for a long time. I have a couple of foremen that have been with us for 15 and then 10 years, having experience in Foundation construction and especially for doing some of the drilling, the helical piers is really important because you have to understand the interaction between what you're putting in the ground and the soil. We started off in our garage in 1996. Now, we have an office in Nado, California. We have 12 employees, and we stay busy, multiple projects running concurrently. We work primarily in Marin County and Sonoma County, and we also work in other parts of the greater Bay Area. Customers, when they're contacting us, they just don't know how to resolve the issue. So, we walk people through the process of how we go through it. But we try and take all of that on our plate. We can bring in engineers, and we can take care of the permitting, and you're just at home dealing with us, and we take care of the process. If you think you have Foundation issues, give us a call.
