My name is Jose Baras, owner of Maintenance Agents. We specialize in window washing. We also do gutter cleaning and power washing for exterior building maintenance. Rest assured that every service ordered from us will be handled in the most professional manner. Also, after every job completed, we do a thorough walk-through, making sure the customer is 100% satisfied. We employ an injury and illness prevention program and an employee training program. It's important because it gives the customer peace of mind knowing their project is being performed with the necessary safety measures and proper documentation. We are performing a window washing on a commercial building, and we were given a deadline to finish. We were also asked to work during their regular business hours, so there was lots of foot traffic. Not only did we complete the job before the deadline, but we also managed to work through their traffic. Between 2003 and 2013, I used to service and inspect window washing powered platforms. So, I worked alongside window washers on high-rise buildings. I began to admire the business of window washing. In 2013, I made up my mind to start my own, and that's how Maintenance Agents came about. Customers are most fearful of how service professionals treat their property.
