Hi, I'm Curtis with Kapil Drywall, and we did a beautiful house in the Glen Ellyn Valley. I'd like to show you some of the work that we do. This is a level five smooth drywall job, which is the best drywall job that you can actually put on to a house. This house has lots of different issues, like quarter-inch reveals on the doors, which we are still in the process of getting these cleaned up. We have the L metal at the base for a flush reveal base. We also have consistent reveals above all the windows and a Friar Riggall light track. This would be a fire tape, which is used usually for garages. This is more like a two or three or four as the type of thing where you just bury the scene, but no mud goes on to the actual drywall paper itself. This is a level 5, which is ninety percent of what we do in our finishes. We don't do a whole lot of texture these days. We do do a lot of varying texture on whole houses in order to make them a level five smooth, as that's a beautiful clean look that we nail every time. This bathroom here we're preparing for the plasters. They're going to put a beautiful Venetian plaster over this. We still have to make it a level five, as the Venetian plaster is a 16th or less thick. When we go ahead and stay in the house, we use vacuum Sanders, which will pick up about eighty percent of the dust. We see in the whole house is what we call breaking down the mud. Then we go through and sand the whole house with a 500-watt halogen light bulb and sand it all by hand with a fine sanding sponge. I wanted to show one more product that we installed. This is called Dens Glass Gold. It is an exterior product. They put it under soffits or on the exterior of houses. In this case, they're going to plaster over the top of it. We do do the installation of the Dens Glass, but we do not do the posturing. If you need a drywall in estimate, please give us a call. I handle all my own business, and we'll take care of you.
