I'm Jerry Allison. I'm the owner of Gerry Allison Landscaping. We are a design build company, which means that we not only build the landscapes, we can build off a landscape architect's designs. Or if you don't know exactly what you want to do, we'll put ideas together and spark your interest. We'll put photographs together, we'll share ideas until you know what you want, and we can do that for you. We do all aspects of outdoor construction in-house. So if you need to have an arbor built and have lights in the arbor, I have carpenters. If you need to build a fish pond, I have masons that can do the masonry work. Landscaping, of course, we have to know our soils and plants and understand all those aspects. And my job is to pull it all together, use the talent I have to do it all. My company's been involved in landscaping for almost 40 years now. After about 15 years in the business, I got my teacher's credential and taught at Cabrillo Community College. I taught landscape construction and irrigation for 20 years. I also was have been involved in the California Landscape Contractors Association. And at one time in 2003, I was president of the statewide association. My job is to take some creative background and imagination that I've developed over time and combine it with your needs and desires and make something special. I think that kind of partnership of your desires, your wants, and the creativity we're able to pull together with not just me but my employees who are amazingly creative and talented people, and we can make something special for you.
