My name is Juan Cavo, and I'm the owner of JC garage door Center. We do tune-ups, we do a spring change, and any problems they have with the openers or with the doors. We provide new doors, so we do servicing installations for garage doors. My staff is my two sons; this is a family-owned business. We treat customers like we want to be treated when we are a customer by somebody else. We have a record with the Better Business Bureau, and our record shows that we don't have any disputes, no complaints - everything is zero. I think it's their max. You can be in a better business viewers as A+, and that's where our company is A+ right now. Well, with the customer, it's not sure what we're going to do in their home. I try to explain to them exactly what we're going to do, ok? Something that I have in my always my mind is working how we're going to do a job, and I try to explain to the customer the best I can so they can understand the same way I understand, so that's how I can make the customer comfortable.
