Hello, my name is Josef Lotus, owner of Integrated Pest Control Management. Our company provides service in Branch 2 for general pest control. Branch 3, which is termites, we also offer wildlife animal trapping, bee removals, and services for rodent control. Services. We also offer our green Pest Control service plan for sustainability of our plan. I started my career in Pest Control in the early '90s for a major pest control company. After many years of service with them, I decided to Parlay and open my own in 2016 by myself in one office. Person. Over the years, we've been doing services for many commercial companies, hotels, universities, school districts that we service throughout Southern California and some in Northern California Bay Area. Currently, our office is located in Southern California. We currently have 20 employees, and we've been having tremendous growth over the last few years. A major Museum, one of our main customers, has reached out to us of a potential bed bug infestation in one of their lunchrooms. When they reached out to us, we responded, taking one of our canine dogs to isolate and inspect the area of infestation, which we were able to locate the pest and eliminate and give them peace and confidence that it was eradicated. For bedbugs, we use scent detection dogs, which saves us time and energy in locating the bed bug infestation and saving our customers money. Also, after the bed bug infestation source is found, then we call in a service technician to eradicate the issue. We offer our technicians continuous training in Pest Management with courses from National Pest Management Association, Green Shield Department of pesticide and regulations, and many other organizations. Internal quality assurance inspections of our technicians and office staff by reviewing service tickets and service schedules and customer concerns daily. Internal inspections are done on technicians to ensure services are done on time with great communications with our customers and provide a sustainable and safe Pest Management plan month after month to all our customers.
