Hi, my name is Ana Lucia. I'm the founder and owner of a corporation based in Livermore, California. We do construction work, ranging from simple home repairs to new construction homes and new additions to houses. We are also licensed to install garage doors and gates. When we engage in business with a client, we work together on all the processes of their project. We explain the process that will take place through the work, and we will answer all their questions regarding the work. We ensure to minimize any additional charges after the project starts by paying attention to items that can be taken into consideration since the first visit, so there are no surprises in the middle of each project. About two to three years ago, we got a customer that called us to install their two ceiling fans. We did the work within a couple of hours. We started talking and chatting with the customer, and they actually hired us to do a full remodel in the house. So, a small job turned into a bigger project where we fully remodeled the kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring, so they got a brand new house. It turns out that they had four houses, and we ended up remodeling all four of them. They are still our clients. I will work on delivering the work to the best quality, and most importantly, I will make sure the final product is what you were expecting.
