Hi, my name is Won, and I am the President of Faxing Garage. We are a Car Care Center. We work with vehicle maintenance, repairs, pretty much head to toe. We specialize in suspension, wheels, tires, and Alignment. That's one of our specialties. We work with audio systems and security systems on our vehicles. We do maintenance and repair work. Performance accessories is another. We also do window tinting. We also do audio and security systems. In recent years, the popular paint protection film that protects the vehicles from Rock chips or vehicles hitting through parking. We do focus on performance enhancements of vehicles and we apply some of those concepts for the customers that are not looking for performance. But we know that we can help them increase the efficiency of their cars and make their cars last longer. I try to make complicated systems simple to understand so they are able to grasp the concept and therefore be able to make the right decisions. We generally do not tell them what needs to be done. We tell them the different options and we help them make the right decisions. That's a decision that they make themselves and not from us telling them what to do. Any customers that come into our doors, I want to make them feel that they're not coming in for just a business transaction. That they can rely on us to answer any questions that they may have. And we're always going to be here to give them advice as best as we can and to give them enough information so that they can make the right decisions.
