Hello, my name is Ron Evanich. I'm the president and owner of Everage Construction in Petaluma, California. Our company performs all phases of residential and commercial projects. We provide preliminary budgeting, design assistance, and written proposals for all phases of construction. We are a small general construction company. We do not overextend ourselves. We don't take on more work than we can handle. We do not start a job and not finish it. We use all licensed and insured subcontractors from a pool of subs that we've dealt with for years. When putting proposals together, we're always trying to get pricing from two or three subs in every field to get the best deal for our clients. My background in construction started when I was about 8. My father was a sheetrock contractor in Merced County. I got my license in 1984 as a general contractor and have been working in general construction ever since as a licensed contractor. General contractors have a bad rap regarding change orders. So when we're bidding a project and we're looking at the plans and we study them very closely, we look deeper into the project and what the plans tell us. We try to resolve all those unforeseen issues prior to the start of the project so the customer doesn't have to worry about change orders down the road.
