Hi, my name is Boa. I'm the owner of European Upper Floors, an awesome team leader for their European Home Floors. We offer all types of installations of the solid hardwood floors, engineered laminate floors, and also, we offer the sanding refinishing resistant rubber floors. We also offer restoring the old floors to bring it back to life as a brand new floor. We are a family-owned business based in Pleasant Hill. We've been doing this since '96. We do have employees that help us with the projects, but most of the jobs done through mine to me and my dad as well. He taught me everything from day one, from the measuring, installing, sanding, refinishing the floors until actually, I took over the company 2012. My customers, they don't pay me right away. I give them a week to walk the floors, they're eager to use the floor before actually issuing us payments. A couple of years ago, we were completely installing in San Ramon. My installers are able to patch the floor, we did new floor into existing floors with their seamless, no transition used at all. She was really happy because her mom, she's a senior person and she used a walker, and it was really important for her to make sure everything is seamless. We're not physicians. What I like about is, you know, when the job is completed, I see my customers with a huge smile, shaking their hands, thanking us, leaving us good reviews. Positive, passion and name was around, it's really, really important for us, making sure that our customers are really satisfied before we leave.
