Hi, I'm Stephen O'Connor, President. And this is Bill Gibson, Vice President of Engineered Sor Repairs. We are two of the founding members of Engineered Sor Repairs or better known as ESR. ESR is a design-build repair contractor. We specialize in solving urur-related problems. Our company specializes in landslides, retaining walls, foundation stabilization, building re-leveling, seismic retrofitting, drainage, and erosion control. What makes ESR unique is we have civil and geotechnical engineers on staff. Since the company was founded by engineers, we know the importance of sending a qualified person out to the appointment to evaluate your problem. Given our good relationship with the county and city, we were allowed to start working immediately. We finished the design plans overnight and had a permit in hand the very next day.
