Hi, I'm Weston Levens, and with my wife Jenny, we own DeckMaster Fine Decks. We use the best synthetic and composite decking. We use hardwoods like epe, which is Brazilian hardwood. We use Redwood mostly; we concentrate on clear all-heart Redwood. When we use Redwood, most of the decks we build, we use my patented hidden fasting system called the DeckMaster Bracket. It allows us to screw the decks up from below, and then you don't have any visible nails or screws marring the surface of your deck. We've used this. We won the national Redwood Deck Contest, and then they had another Regional Contest where we won the Northern California division. So, I think we hold up pretty well when we're compared to other people's work. We really don't cut any corners when it comes to the top quality materials and the building techniques that give you the best possible deck. In addition to building beautiful decks, we restore and repair decks. My wife Jenny is actually in charge of our refinishing division, and she's got a wonderful eye for detail.
