My name is Dean Connect, president and owner of Dean Connect Painting Incorporated. I come from a generation of painters. I'm actually the sixth generation painter from Hamburg, Germany. I started painting with my dad when I was fifteen, and at that time, I was actually working with my dad and my grandfather. That was a worker and a partner with my dad for about 18 years, and now I've been in business for myself over 30 years, so I've learned a lot. The crew that works for me does a great job, and my Foreman Jose has been with me for about 12 years. Almost every job, after we're done with it, he, I always get a lot of praises about the type of work he does and how conscientious he is with the customer. He wants to make sure the customer is happy throughout the whole process of the job. But as the owner of the company, I'm always there for at least an hour and a half in the morning, and I work through the whole job until the end of the finished product. One of the biggest reasons why I probably stay in the painting industry is I've always got the satisfaction, and when I go to someone's house and you know, and it's in kind of bad shape and in need of a paint job, and we get to go through the start of the project, it's like power washing, doing all the prep work, priming, going through the caulking and patching of cracks on the stucco in areas, and then applying the finish coat. I always get the satisfaction when I stand back and say, hey, you know, we did that, and that's what keeps me in the painting industry. As well as, I always like meeting new people, which I really enjoy, and I've been doing this for over 45 years. So if you're in need of a painter, please give us a call, you will not be disappointed. One of the models I've used throughout my business career, plus working with my dad, is - and I didn't make that motto up but it's you know, the finished paint job is only as good as the prep, and I truly believe that in every paint job, that's what you need to do, have a great prep job before we paint.
