Hi, I'm David Bian. I'm the owner of David Bian's Home Repair Incorporated. So, the services that we provide is basically home repairs and remodeling. Anything, basically from fixing a toilet to rehabbing a whole house, includes painting, dry rot, bathrooms, kitchens, tile work. We can basically come over there and put a door stop on, put a lock set on, hang a door, you know, install windows, electrical, flooring, tile, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms. We actually do it from A to Z, is what we do. I have great customer satisfaction, great loyalty with my employees. Most of them been with me for a very long time. I have a lot of trust in town. I get a lot of people's house keys while they're at work that we can just go in and do the work and when they come home, they don't have to worry about taking time off work for anything. Even doing estimates, I tell my customers don't take time off work for me. I will work around your schedule. I do a lot of work for real estate agents and 99.5% of the time I can get that job done so they can close escrow. I have probably a good dozen really good real estate agents that I work for all the time and property managers also. If there's an emergency, we normally can get to it that day. At least, I will get over there, take a look at it. We can, you know, try to temporarily fix it or we can actually fix it 'cause I actually have nine guys that work for me full-time.
