Hi, I'm Tom Rhodes. I'm the general manager at Creative Window Fashions. Here at Creative Window Fashions, we sell and we install all Hunter Douglas window coverings. We also sell custom draperies. We have an in-house sales associate who specializes in custom drapery. Creative Window Fashions has one of the largest showrooms in the area. We have recently renovated the showroom to display all of the updated Hunter Douglas products. We are also a gallery dealer, which allows us to show products that aren't necessarily available to all other dealers in the area. The number one reason to choose Creative Window Fashions is our customer service. We separate ourselves with our knowledge and our response to any question you may have. We also measure in-home and quote same day to provide ultimate service. One of the things that separates us from our competition is our knowledge of the product and being able to explain the product thoroughly inside and out. Creative Window Fashions was established in 1998. Well, why don't I bring Duane in to talk about the history. So in 1998, we started Creative. When I started Creative Window Fashions, I started this company in my garage, and from there I built it up to where we were working out of a warehouse and from the warehouse into this store where we are today, and we're still serving our community strong. We stand above our competition because our knowledge of the product, our eye for design, and our great customer service. One of our customers' biggest concern is the overall look of their product and how it's going to look in their window.
